BioThis is being set up to be a blog about the American Lung Association's "Autumn Escape" bike trek. The Trek is a 100 to 150 mile bike ride on Cape Cod, MA, held every September.
I'm the captain of the "MOTH Brigade" team, as well as a rider of many years. The MOTH Adventures page is intended to inform my friends, sponsors, team members, and anyone else who is interested about the process of getting ready for the Trek.
